However, if you feel not ready for Pelvic Work this is a very good way to get in contact with yourself and start connecting to your Center. I will help you understand the importance of Daily Belly Massages, show you how to do it and I will give you a massage as well. We don't massage your tummy if you are on your first 3 days of your cycle, or a few days before. This is just to not overstimulate your belly area and uterus.
